Detailed Narrative Description of the Project

Appointed as Project Management Consultants for the said project . Carried out works such as surveys, geo technical investigation, Preparation of Detailed Project Report, RCC designs for culverts and bridges, Environmental feasibility, EIA reports, environmental monitoring, supervision over construction as per ADB standards.

Scope of services rendered by our company: Detailed project report

Detailed Survey and Investigations: the scope of works includes Detailed Design, topographic survey, alignment study detailed drawings

Design of Highway Geometric & Intersections : Reviewing and improving the geometrics of the road.

Project Management: preparing good for construction drawings and efficient execution from contractor

Construction Supervision: Checking the Quality of work done and submitting reports to the Client. Verifying the works done and certifying the works on behalf of the Clien

Billing: Calculating the Quantities of works done by the contractor and approving the works.

Drawings: Certifying the “As Built” drawing submitted by the Contractor.

Reports & Documents: Submitting various reports such as Monthly Progress Report, Quarterly Progress Reports and Quality Assurance Plans.
